Payment
Items are sold exclusive of GST and Buyers Premium, on an ‘as is where is’ basis and must be paid for within seven (7) days of an invoice being issued.
Terms & Conditions
All persons submitting a Tender are required to fill out the relevant tables in the Tender document with details of their offer/s. Tenders to be submitted via email by 5pm AEST Monday July 26th 2021.
The successful applicants only, will be advised within five (5) working days.
Please be advised that NMX reserves the right to accept any reasonable offers submitted & accepted by the vendor during the Tender campaign.

Removal
The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the safe demobilisation, material handling & transport of the machinery from site.
If required, the successful Buyer must engage site approved or inducted contractors for the duration of the demobilisation for any works associated with the removal of the Machinery.
Site will provide a site HSE supervisor to sign off on & oversee all works prior to commencement.
The demobilisation & removal of the asset will be at the buyer’s expense including all labour, material handling & transport costs. The purchaser is to engage contractors with prior experience for all aspects of the demobilisation. The contractor will have to be fully inducted under the client's Contractor Management System. All on boarding for the contractor will be at the expense of the purchaser. A list of Site inducted Material Handling, Transport & Labour contractors can be provided upon request.

Buyers please be aware that in relation to plant and equipment, that no plant or equipment offered for sale is fit for use in any workplace and it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that the plant is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use.
Insurance
Insurance and security of the goods becomes the buyers responsibility upon full payment.
